Planning: We begin working on blueprints of your new basement. After your approval, we will get started with demolition.
Demolition: As with any demolition, the extent of it depends on your design. We will walk you through what it will entail when we create our blueprint.
Rebuilding: After everything that needs to be removed is out, we start rebuilding your basement into your new design.
Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical: You don’t need to worry about finding different contractors-we provide it all! We will handle all plumbing, wiring, hookups, and HVAC.
Flooring: We will install any flooring and ensure it fits your space perfectly.
Cabinets: If any cabinets or vanities are needed in your space, such as for a bar or sink, we install them.
The Big Reveal: While we don’t provide you with any appliances or fixtures, we will install them and ensure they are working and well connected. Then it’s time for the big reveal, and for you to begin enjoying your new space.
