“We had Nature’s Touch install almost 1000 feet of laminate. If we had more floors that needed to be done, Nature’s Touch / Jake would be the first call. First of all, the work (and workmanship) is excellent. Jake took the time to ensure that all the little nooks and crannies were carefully measured and cut to match the flow of the rest of the flooring. Second, Jake is everything you hope to get in a contractor. Good communication, on time, neat and clean workspace, no debris left around. We just completed our new flooring project with Jake and he did a fantastic job! When we first met with Jake, we were still deciding between solid hardwood and engineered hardwood. Jake thoroughly explained the differences and the pros and cons and helped us decide on a product (which we are thrilled with). He showed us samples and got us a great deal on solid oak flooring (smoked parchment by LW Mountain). He promptly gave us a quote and responded immediately to our questions. His communication throughout the process was stellar, which hasn’t always been the case with other contractors we’ve worked with. His workmanship is second-to-none. He went above and beyond several times – building a piece of molding for our stairway, hooking up the water line in our fridge before putting it back (totally NOT his job but he just did it without us asking). He finished the job in the time he said he would and on budget. If I had to do it all again, I would definitely hire him again. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! Thanks again, Jake!

This is long overdue, but I wanted to share our experience with Nature’s Touch Flooring and Jake Olsen. First, we absolutely love the flooring that Jake installed! We choose a hardwood that Jake had a sample of. We had looked high and low (e.g. Home Depot, Lumber Liquidators, etc.) and could not quite find what we wanted until Jake showed us the sample and pictures from a job he had recently completed. Secondly, Jake is probably the most professional and personal contractor and human I have ever worked with! His estimate was extremely detailed and he found ways to save us money on replacing sub-flooring and replacing all of our baseboard moulding. He also tackled I tough piece of woodwork that needed to be removed and re-installed after laying the flooring. His communication throughout the process was outstanding and he was always prompt, and completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget. I could not imagine recommending anybody else more highly than Jake! You can’t lose with him. A much belated review…thanks again Jake!

Jake and Gary were so great to work with! They installed congolium vinyl planks in our main level, about 650 square feet. It looks absolutely amazing, and their work is flawless. They were punctual, explained every step in detail and had it finished in a day and a half. There was a section where our subfloor was uneven and the boards were squeaking, and without any hesitation they removed the floor and fixed the spot. I would highly recommend them add will definitely use them again for future projects!

Jake does a beautiful job – quick and professional. I had him do my living room/kitchen/hall and then come back and do a small second bedroom that I’m turning into a craft room (sewing pins and carpet just don’t get along well!). He’s a bit expensive, but it looks great!

We just had our floor done by Nature’s Touch and can’t say enough! Wow!! We planned on replacing pretty much the first level of our home with new flooring and had many questions as to the process and product. Jake was very informative, truly helpful and pretty much sealed our decision to have Nature’s Touch do the job. The floors turned out fantastic and I have to say If you desire to have wood floors installed, Nature’s Touch is the way to go!

This was a major project. It included our Kitchen, Family Room, a Bathroom and Pantry along with a long hallway and three closets. It involved moving some big furniture that we could not remove ahead of time and the kitchen appliances and moving them back without scratching the wood. They anticipated taking 6-7 days. However, by putting in long hours, they completed it in 4 days. Everything was done beautifully. Everything was finished off perfectly. It included having to undercut the stone fireplace so that the wood would fit under it perfectly. It included re-tucking some carpeting in a room that butted up to the wood flooring. It included cutting back closet doors to insure a perfect fit over the wood. It included framing everything with base shoe. They had to drain and remove the toilet and reinstall it after the floor was installed in the bathroom. They have so much experience that everything needed to complete the job was done without having to include any other vendor. They could provide all the extra touches needed to finish the job and make it look perfect. Everything was done seamlessly. Everyone that sees it says it is the “most beautiful” floor they have ever seen. I agree.
